For spiritual suggestions to improve a situations or circumstances schedule a consultation. ******PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASING******* Include name & phone number in the "ADD YOUR INFO" section that appears above thee "PAY NOW" link. + All calls are timed. Upon completion of the 45 minute session the call will automatically end. Calls are made from a restricted phone number. It is the purchaser's responsibility to insure that he or she can receive restricted or private calls. The buyer will receive two calls before the appointment is determined missed. Missed the calls can be rescheduled through the site at full purchase price. All sales final. ++ Only services available on Sunday are services listed as "Emergency". Non emergency services booked on Sunday will be rescheduled for the earliest available appointment the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Please, do not book a non emergency service if you are unsure of your availability those days. +++ We do not offer refunds for customer negligence as guidelines and policies are clearly stated. All sales final.

Cancellation Policy

Due to scheduling sessions may run up to 20 minutes late. The purchaser should make his or herself reachable for his or her session up to 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. A full refund is offered if the services provider has to reschedule or cancel within 72 hours of an appointment. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit on services conducted via phone call or email. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 3 days prior through the site. Our service providers attempt to make contact TWICE before an appointment is determined "missed". Missed appointments are rescheduled at the provider's discretion and no less than TWO WEEKS after the missed appointment. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments. Our service providers reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone for any reason. Any appointments scheduled directly with Marie de Carolina receive a 10% surcharge of the listed price and are scheduled for times that DO NOT conflict with her booking calendar. Services scheduled directly with Marie are subject to all of the policies listed above. Any purchase of services is an agreement to the above policies.
