Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Orders can not be changed, altered, or cancelled after they are placed. 

All orders and sales are final

 

ORDERS

Please allow 3-10 days for your order to ship.

Please allow up to 15 days after your order is placed to receive it.

Many of our products are made to order, so purchases placed during site wide sales may ship later than expected due to increased demand.

Rituals purchased during sales may be conducted later than advertised.

We ship first class via USPS and USPS International.

USPS currently experiencing delays with shipping times due to COVID 19.

Due to the pandemic, revised international shipping protocols have impacted some countries ability to deliver and receive mail. It the buyer's responsibility to ensure that USPS makes deliveries to the destination country.

Ancestral Spiritism is NOT liable for changes in any foreign shipping regulations, missed deliveries, and failed shipments.

 

EMAIL SERVICES

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your email reading, All purchases for services are FINAL. We do not offer returns, store credit, or exchanges for services. Please do not miss your appointment. Contact is attempted 2 times before a service is determined missed. Our store does not rescheduled missed appointments nor honor sales for appointments missed after the sale ends. We also do not reschedule appointment due to poor connection on the receiver's end. 

 

GROUP & INDIVIDUAL RITUALS

Rituals are conducted on behalf of the buyer/and or people provided by the buyer. No digital images, files, or products available for ritual purchases. Any ritual lives for group rituals on social media are complimentary, not included in the purchase price of the ritual. All ritual sales are final.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

 

It is the buyer's responsibility to include the correct address with the order.

LOST ITEMS

We are not responsible for orders lost in transit, however we do offer replacement of up to $75 in products, for US domestic orders that have not been delivered to their final destination, after 30 days of being shipped from our facility.

A parcel investigation is filed with USPS for any and all order lost in transit.

We do not offer replacement for orders shipped to their final destination according to USPS package tracking.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We offer replacements for goods damaged during transit. Please send clear images of damaged goods within 5 days of the delivery date in

  Images of items damaged in transit must be sent within 5 days of their delivery to receive replacement of the damaged goods.

MISSING ITEMS

All orders are reviewed and signed off as complete by 3 AS associates prior to shipping for order accuracy and customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event of a missing item, the missing item(s) must be reported within 5 days of their arrival date. We do not send replacements for missing items reported after 5 days of the order's delivery. 

We do not offer refunds for damaged or missing items, only replacements.

EMAIL SERVICES

Due to scheduling sessions may run up to 20 minutes late. The purchaser should make his or herself reachable for his or her session up to 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. A full refund is offered if the services provider has to reschedule or cancel within 72 hours of an appointment.

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit on services conducted via phone call or email. Sessions can be  rescheduled up to 3 days prior through the site at no additional cost. Our service providers attempt to make contact TWICE before an appointment is determined "missed". Missed appointments are rescheduled at the provider's discretion and no less than TWO WEEKS after the missed appointment. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments. . 

Any appointments scheduled directly with Marie de Carolina receive a 10% surcharge of the listed price and are scheduled for times that DO NOT conflict with her booking calendar. Services scheduled directly with Marie through any of her payment channels are subject to all of the policies listed above. Any purchase of services is an agreement to the above policies.

Our service providers reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone for any reason.

Our products and services are offered as faith based and sold as entertainment only. 

Results will vary.
